The 2020 Resource Family Conference is combining the Annual Foster Parent Conference with the Adoptive Families Conference. The Resource Family Conference will also be expanded to include our many kinship, relative and guardianship families.

Hilton Garden Inn is a three minute walk(less than a 1/10 of a mile) from the Marriott Uptown.

Child Care Information
Childcare for ages six weeks through 12 years will be provided off-site by Altamonte Child Development Center, Inc. which is conveniently located within 3.5 miles of Albuquerque Marriott Uptown, where the conference takes place. Their address is 3305 Alta Monte Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
Childcare is available for bio, adoptive, and foster children.
Families are encouraged to coordinate respite or alternative care for their children due to limited childcare.
Children may be dropped off at Altamonte Child Development Center, Inc on;
Thursday, May 28, starting at 11:30am and picked up by 5:45pm.
Friday, May 29, starting at 7:00am and picked up by 5:45pm.
Saturday, May 30, starting at 7:00am and picked up by 12:45pm.
Childcare waivers will be provided onsite at Altamonte. It is highly recommended that you allow time to complete these forms onsite if you haven’t printed, and completed, the waiver form beforehand.
There will be a Conference Youth Track for youth 13-17 years old. These older youth may elect to attend workshops with their parents/guardians.
Details will be provided in your final registration confirmation email.
Please print, and complete, a Childcare Waiver/Registration Form, for each child that will be attending childcare. Please bring your completed form with you to Altamonte and present to Altamonte upon delivering your child(ren) to Altamonte.
No need to mail the form. Just print it up, complete one for each child, and bring it with you to Albuquerque to give to Altamonte when you drop off your child.
If a child is attending childcare and will need medication while in Altamonte’s care, please print and complete, for each child requiring medication, a Child Medication Administration Request Form.
